I checked the zip but in the icon and the icns, i couldn't find a 512px state :(

If you're on Tiger it's normal, the max. size is 128px, if you're on Windows I have no idea, (don't care :D) and if you're on Leopard, I checked the download and I can see the 512 state.

I'm using IconBuilder, a photoshop plugin, with an extended grid layout, where you put all your sizes from 16 to 512. Then just export it in ICNS and you have the Hi-res included.

If you got Leopard with the dev tools installed, there's a software called IconComposer, free.
